Complaints Policy

At Va Sports Massage, we strive to provide the highest standard of care and service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, we encourage you to let us know so we can address your concerns.

How to Make a Complaint:

  • In Person: Please raise your concern directly with your therapist or at reception. We will do our best to resolve the issue immediately.
  • By Email: Send your complaint to info@vasportsmassage.co.uk. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your name, contact information, and the nature of your complaint.

What Happens Next:

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
  • We aim to investigate and respond fully within 10 working days.
  • If the issue requires more time, we will keep you informed of progress.

Further Action:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may seek further advice from professional regulatory bodies or the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO).
